Area Notes
October in East Texas is usually beautiful, with warm afternoons and cooler evenings. We suggest comfortable shoes for outdoor walking and bringing a light wrap or jacket for the reception.
Rental cars are recommended if you are flying in, as travel between lodging, ceremony, and the reception pasture will be easiest by car.
